David Cooperrider and I were thrilled to guest edit the 2022 special issue of The International Journal of Appreciative Inquiry: AI Practitioner on the topic of positive institutions. The issue provides an inspirational portfolio of strategies and stories for creating positive institutions through AI-inspired practices.
I was honored to be named Champlain College's 1st endowed Robert P. Stiller Chair of Management, as well as receive the prestigious Edward Phelps Lyman Professorship, awarded to a senior faculty member who has shown dedication to Champlain through a record of service and teaching excellence.
